For the second consecutive week, the Pella Christian boys cross-country teams are meet champions.

The Eagles, led by Grant Dunsbergen’s second consecutive individual championship, won the team title at the Montezuma Invitational. Pella Christian scored 72 points, beating second place Belle Plaine, who scored 85.

Following Dunsbergen across the line was Nathan Vermeer in 13th place, Samuel Dahm in 18th and Lucas Bandstra in 19th.

The Pella Christian girls did not have enough runners to compile a team score. Annalliese Admiraal was 13th individually.
