In Central College action this weekend…

The volleyball team treks east to wrap up Iowa Conference play. Luther and Wartburg are the two league leaders, sitting at 4-1. Central is 4-2, and will play both the Knights and Norse this weekend. They’re in Waverly tonight and Decorah tomorrow. A pair of wins for Central will guarantee at least a tie for first place in the IIAC.

The football team hosts Warturg in a rivalry game tomorrow at Ron and Joyce Schipper Stadium in Pella, and the futbol teams are at Luther tomorrow. The women’s soccer team is in third place, one point back of both the Norse and Loras. The men are in a four-way tie for third, a group that also includes Luther.
