Head Coach Jenn Douma in her first year behind the helm of the Pleasantville Trojan Volleyball Program, got her second win of the season Monday night as the Trojans competed in a tournament in Central Decatur.

The Trojans fell to Central Decatur 13-25 and 15-25 before taking down East Union 25-19 and 25-23. The Trojans win ties the 2015 team at 2 wins on the season with a chance still to get the third win which would be a major boost to a program that is in a full rebuilding year. With some lengthy layoffs between games the past few weeks, it has given the Trojans time to work on things as a team and improve before Mondays tournament. The Trojans will look for that third win on October 13th in the Pleasantville gym as they take on Clarke. So far the 2016 season has not gone exactly how Coach Douma has wanted it to go but with improvements showing up tonight, the off season could be a very productive one for the Trojan program moving forward.
