Any coach will tell you, exercise and working out improves the outside of one’s body to be ready for the next season. But, what about nutrition. Knoxville Football Coach Eric Kellar has stressed nutrition since he has been the Panthers head coach. He tells KNIA/KRLS Sports it is a slow process to get the players and students to eat the right things. Kellar says nutrition is just as important as weight room activities, because what you put into your body gives you the fuel, or lack thereof if it is the wrong things to be successful in the weight room.
