While Pleasantville Girls Basketball’s season opening opponent Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont may lack the scoring punch of year’s past, the Rockets will still provide a big mountain for the girls to climb.

The Rockets did lose 20 point per game scorer Karlie Taylor to graduation, but second leading scorer Claire Jager at 9.3 points per game will look to make up that difference, helped by her teammates Taryn Swartz and Torie Alexander. The Trojans return three of their top scorers as well in Kelsee Van Haalen, Corinne Thomas, and Madyson Thill. The Trojans will host the Rockets this Tuesday at 7pm.
