The PCM Mustang Girls Basketball team has high hopes for the 2016-17 basketball season. After a 13-10 season a year ago the girls return their top 5 scorers from a year ago but might have to wait a little while before one of those scorers Senior Jayci Vos can get her shot back. Vos who lead the Mustangs in three point attempts a year ago at 94 will look to get her legs under her before she starts attempting those long range shots after she injured her quad in a powederpuff football game during the homecoming festivities this past fall. Vos will be a key contributor to a Senior led Mustang squad who has dreams of the state tournament in this 2016-17 season. If the Mustangs want to get to the state tournament they’ll need the shooting of Vos to get there, so the quicker the Senior can return from her injury the quick this Mustang squad can start building towards the tournament.
