Twin Cedars’ Jake Crozier completed an outstanding season this fall on the football field and he also was acknowledged for his work in the classroom during last week’s state championships. Crozier was awarded the Iowa Bankers Association Student Athlete Achievement Scholarship Award. This award recognizes a graduating senior athlete for their academic performance, athletic participation, leadership skills and community involvement. Vice President of Iowa State Savings Bank Leslie Miller presented Crozier with a $1,000 scholarship to the college of his choice. On the field, Crozier led the Sabers to an undefeated regular season this fall and an appearance in the eight-man quarterfinals.
