Numerous local high school football players are headlining the INA All-State Football Teams.

Pella quarterback Nick Finney is the captain of the Class 3A team. He led the Little Dutch to their third straight state championship. Finney accounted for 2,748 yards passing and 32 touchdown passes. He also racked up 1,280 yards rushing to lead the team along with 16 rushing scores.

Pella Christian Wide Receiver Levi Jungling was named captain of Class 1A. The Pella Christian Eagles posted their first ever unbeaten regular season as Jungling set the all-time mark for receiving yards with 3,818 in his career. He finished 2nd all-time with 46 touchdowns. This past season he led all of 1A with 52 receptions for 1,177 and 18 touchdowns. Jungling, along with his teammate David Kacmarynski, have been selected to the all-state team each of the last three years.
