For a Pleasantville Trojan Girls Basketball Team that is still searching for consistency through all four quarters, playing in the competitive Pride of Iowa Conference allows for no mistakes.

Currently according to the Girls Union, the conference boasts three teams ranked in the top ten in #4 Central Decatur, #5 Mount Ayr, and #9 Interstate 35, with Nodaway Valley also sporting a 6-1 record.

The Trojans face Central Decatur, Nodaway Valley, and non-conference opponent Chariton to start 2017, starting with the Cardinals on January 3rd.
