The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is starting the nomination process for its annual IMPACT Awards.

Chamber President-Elect Jake Hughes tells KNIA/KRLS News the awards recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to Knoxville in the past year in the areas of business, agriculture, education, volunteerism, and pride in Knoxville. Nomination forms are in the mail to Chamber members. The deadline to return nominations is January 20. After all forms have been received a Chamber committee will determine the winner of each award. Hughes says the ceremony will be in conjunction with the annual meeting sometime in March.
