A Lovilia Man was arrested in Knoxville on burglary charges on Saturday night.
According to Knoxville Police Lieutenant Aaron Fuller, around 9:45 p.m. officers were called to a report of a fight in progress at 705 East Main Street. When Officers arrived they were approached by Justin Dale Craycraft, who witnesses told officers had broken into their home as part of a domestic dispute. There was damage to some of the vehicles parked outside the residence and a search of Craycraft’s vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia. Craycraft was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, driving under suspension, and burglary in the second degree, a class C Felony.
