Pella Corporation announced its latest addition to the executive team.

Emily Videtto is the organization’s new chief marketing officer.

“Emily is a proven leader with deep marketing experience and an impressive list of accomplishments.  She is also an excellent fit with Pella Corporation’s culture and values,” said Karin Peterson, vice president of human resources in a statement. “We are pleased to have her lead our efforts to further strengthen the Pella brand and develop a cadence of innovative products for our customers.”

Videtto comes to Pella Corporation from GAF, North America’s largest roofing manufacturer in Parsippany, NJ. Most recently, Videtto was vice president of residential marketing and new product development, where she was responsible for leading the branding strategy and product management teams. Videtto also oversaw product innovation and the new product development process.

“It’s an honor to be joining a company with such dedicated and passionate people who have enabled a long-standing tradition of outstanding craftsmanship for world-class products,” said Videtto. “Based on this strong foundation, Pella is well-poised for growth. I am thrilled to join the leadership team and help forge the path for an exciting future of innovation and a continued dedication to the highest quality products and service.”

Emily, her husband Alex and daughter Grace will be relocating to Pella, Iowa from the New York area in the near future. Mrs. Videtto received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a certificate from the Liberal Arts and Management Program (LAMP) from Indiana University; she also completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
