The 28th induction class of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame has been announced. Three drivers, headlined by seven-time Knoxville Raceway Champion Terry McCarl, along with two drivers who made their names in non-wing sprint cars, Dave Darland, and Tony Elliott. Also going into the Hall of Fame will be Guy Forbrook, John Singer, media members Pat Sullivan and Doug Auld, and in the pre-1945 category, Earl Cooper. The induction ceremony will take place Saturday June third on the Marion County Fairgrounds.
