It is back to the South Central Conference for the Knoxville Basketball Squads tonight as the Panthers travel to Clarke. The team swept the Indians in their last meeting in December with the girls winning by four and the boys taking their game by ten points. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his team will have to work hard on the perimeter defensively since Clarke likes shooting the three. While the Indians have shot 25% from three-point range this season, they have far and away made to the most threes in the South Central Conference with 66. The Knoxville boys will hope the offense breaks out to go along with their season-long stingy defense against Clarke. The Panthers are giving up just 46 points per game in conference play. Listen to the live broadcast on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA with Derek Cardwel and John Keitges at 6:15.
