Getting back to conference action after a sweep of Fairfield on Thursday night, the PCM Mustang Basketball Teams swept C-M-B at home in a girl-boy doubleheader.

The girls stayed undefeated in 2017 with a 44-29 win. Regan Freeland led the team with 18 points, while Kayla Jennings had 15 points and 6 steals, and Katie Vande Wall had 9 points and 7 rebounds. The girls improve to 12-3 on the season. The boys got out to a big lead and never looked back, winning 74-55. Jackson Thomas scored 19 points, Derek Brown put in 11, and Elijah Sperfslage put in 10. The boys improve to 9-4, and both squads take nearly a week off before their next bout against South Tama on Thursday.
