The PCM Basketball teams showed no rust despite being off for a week, sweeping a doubleheader against Roland-Story last night, the girls winning 48-42 and the boys 50-42.

The Lady Mustangs shot 9/17 from long range led by Kayla Jennings who made four triples with 21 points total. Regan Freeland put in 11 with three triples to go along with eight assists, and Lexi Timmins had seven. The Lady Mustangs are now 9-2, and 7-1 in conference play.

The PCM Boys were in a dogfight with the Norseman, led by Mark Bruxvoort who had 12 and Jackson Thomas with 11. The 6-3 Mustangs are tied for second place in the Heart of Iowa Conference, but have a long way to go to catch undefeated South Hamilton. Both PCM teams have a tough task ahead of them today traveling to Pella to take on the Lady and Little Dutch.
