ARRESTS:
On 01/08/17, Gregory A. W. Mack, 35, of Pella was charged with driving while suspended. Mack was cited and released with a court date.
On 01/10/17, Diana L. Rick, 46, of Pella was charged with lottery fraud- forgery or theft of lottery ticket(s). Rick was incarcerated.
On 01/10/17, Marcus Hill Jr., 36, of Pella was charged with three counts of forgery and theft 3rd degree. Hill was incarcerated.
On 01/13/17, Emily J. Greenlee, 27, of Pella was charged with unauthorized use of a credit card, identity theft under $1000 and theft 3 rd degree. Greenlee was incarcerated.
On 01/14/17, Dylan Larson, 19, of Pella was cited and released for .02 violation.
WARRANTS:
On 01/10/17, Marcus Hill Jr., 36, of Pella was picked up on an Ottumwa correctional warrant. Hill was transported to Marion County jail, where he will await extradition to Ottumwa.
