The Pella High wrestling team went 1-2 Tuesday night in a home quadrangular that served as a makeup for the Bill Van Horn Invitational.

The Little Dutch lost to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont 47-27, beat Ottumwa 45-31 and lost a close match to PCM 38-36.

Heavyweight Keegan Poole was the only Pella wrestler to go 3-0 on the evening, winning all three bouts by pinfall in less than a minute.

The Little Dutch are 5-8 in dual matches this season. They return to Little Hawkeye Conference action tonight, where they’re 0-3, at home against Dallas Center-Grimes.
