Saturday in Norwalk, the Pella Christian boys bowling team lost to the Warriors 2,587 – 2,515, while the girls were beaten 2,038 – 1,795.

The Eagle boys were ahead by nine points heading into the last baker game, but coach Rod Blunck tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that they ran into splits and Norwalk hit the turbo charger to pull out the victory.

Max Kolb led the boys with a 379 two-game score, followed by Kyle Sneller at 363.

Julyn Holmes’ 236 was tops for the Pella Christian girls, with Morgan Van Maanen scoring 232.
