Funeral services for Velma M. Brouwer age 95 of Newton will be at 11am on Saturday January 14th at the Otley Reformed Church. A private family burial will be held at the Silent City Cemetery in Monroe. The family will greet friends from 9:30am-10:30am on Saturday. Memorial can be given to the Otley Reformed Church or to the Park Centre Good Samaritan Fund.
