The Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad had a great first half, but struggled to get things going in the second half and fell to Oskaloosa in the class 3A District last night 64-56. The Panthers were hitting on all cylinders in the first half hitting on 60-percent of their shots. In the second half…some subtle adjustments by the Indians led to turnovers…and cold shooting as Oskaloosa outscored Knoxville by 16 points in the second half. Coach Jeff Larson told KNIA/KRLS Sports the inside game for Knoxville went away in the second half. Blake McClung and Cade McNeill led the Panthers with 12 points. Knoxville finishes up at 16-and-eight.
