Having last night off, the Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad used Tuesday to prepare for their regular season-ending game on Thursday against Grinnell and their first round class 4A regional game next week against Des Moines Hoover. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports they may see Grinnell twice within a week since the Tigers would be a regional semi-final opponent should the Panthers beat Hoover. Thursday’s game is also girls senior night and can be heard along with the boys contest with Grinnell on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA.
