For the third time this season, the PCM Mustang boys basketball team defeated CMB, this time in first round district play to continue their season, in a 57-47 romp of the raiders.

A slow start for PCM, plus lights out shooting from CMB, saw the Mustangs down by one at halftime 26-25. The defense and transition game took over in the third quarter as PCM outscore CMB by 19-11 to give the Mustangs a lead they would not look back from. Leading scorer Jackson Thomas struggled from the field scoring only four points, but Elijah Sperfslage put in 16 and Reed Worth scored 10 to pick up the slack. The Mustangs will now take on East Marshall in the district semifinal on Thursday.
