The ISU Extension Office of Marion County will conduct spring workshops beginning February 23rd.

There will be four different workshop options including: bulb planting, composting, “Seed Party,” and “Fairy Gardens.” Office & Horticulture Assistant Lauren Peterson tells KNIA/KRLS News the first workshop will be about bulb planting and teaches students how to force bulbs to bloom early indoors. Each course will take place at the ISU Extension Office beginning at 6:30 p.m. The workshop will last for approximately an hour to an hour and a half.
