Central College men’s basketball player Colby Taylor is a finalist to play in the Reese’s Division III College All-Star Game on March 18th in Salem, Virginia.

Taylor is one of eight senior student-athletes in the running to earn two of the 20 roster slots for the All-Star Game, which takes place prior to the start of the NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Championship game.

Voting is taking place on the front page of D3hoops.com until noon eastern time tomorrow. Fans will choose from a list featuring one player from each of Division III’s eight regions. The two with the most fan votes will join 16 other seniors, two from each region, who were selected by a committee vote.

Taylor led the Iowa Conference with 21.0 points per game and was third at 7.8 rebounds per contest. He is Central’s all-time leading scorer.
