The Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad has been preparing for the season. The Panthers had a successful season last year, winning the South Central Conference championship and qualifying events to state for the first time in many seasons. Recently Knoxville ran at the Iowa State Indoor Invitational as a chance to run against other uniforms and to what Head Coach Brad McWilliams tells KNIA/KRLS to get a base of what they need to work from once the outdoor season begins. Kayla Moats got to five feet in the high jump, plus McWilliams says Mickayla McGill ran a good time in the 1500. The Panthers first outdoor meet in March 30th at Clarke.
