17 girls and nearly the entire team is back for Coach Nick DeMoss and the Knoxville Girls Tennis Squad. The only loss however, was his number one singles player Sami Thompson, but DeMoss tells KNIA/KRLS while that is a big loss, he says Avery Neer, Jenae Kaster, Alex Griggs, Cassie Chambers, Hannah Short, Farah Lee, Jacey Roy, and Lorin Miller are all vying for varsity spots. DeMoss ads a few new additions like Anna Sanderson, and other sophomores will give him more choices to run through. The Panthers get at it Tuesday with a meet against Norwalk.
