One of the hardest events to fill in track and field, especially in high school, is the 400 hurdles. It is often referred to as the most grueling event in track and field…because not only do you have to run as fast as you can, but jump a hurdle ten times during a one lap tour of the track. Many coaches have to beg, plead…and even bribe a runner to do that event or just leave it open. Twin Cedars girls Coach Cam Parker has a willing volunteer in Alexis Crozier.
