It is a busy night of sports for Knoxville as five of the eight varsity sports are in action this evening, highlighted by girls and boys tennis battling Albia. The girls stay at home while the boys travel. The Panthers have a recent win over Grinnell out of the Little Hawkeye Conference and Coach Nick DeMoss says the girls are playing well. Also in action are both boys and girls track and field squads. The girls will head to the Carlisle Invitational while the boys will venture to Grinnell to face some of the schools that they will see at the state qualifier on May 11th. The Boys golf squad off a fourth place finish at Honey Creek on Thursday head back there to play in the Moravia Invitational.
