An Oskaloosa man was arrested Thursday for having sexual contact with a minor under the age of twelve.

Clinton Randall Robbins, 64, was arrested for two charges of sexual abuse in the 2nd degree, a class B felony, as well as indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor, and indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor. According to court documents the arrest stems from an incident that took place in 2016 in Harvey in which Robbins allegedly had sexual contact with a 9-year-old female. Robbins is also accused of exposing himself to the minor as well as performing sexual acts on himself in front of the victim. Robbins was arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail.
