An Oskaloosa man was arrested Thursday for having sexual contact with a minor under the age of twelve.

Clinton Randall Robbins, 64, was arrested for two charges of sexual abuse in the 2nd degree, a class B felony, as well as indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor, and indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor. According to court documents the arrest stems from an incident that took place in 2016 in Harvey in which Robbins allegedly had sexual contact with a 9-year-old female.
