Both PCM boys and girls soccer teams fell last night to Heart of Iowa Conference rivals, the boys falling to Gilbert 4-0, and the girls to Nevada 10-0.

The boys were coming off their first win of the season on Monday, but the Tigers proved to be too much for the Mustangs to handle. The girls hung tough with top power Nevada for the early portions of the game despite being down seven starters, then goalkeeper McKeeley Tjaden was injured and the floodgates opened.

The boys next play on Thursday hosting Nevada, while the girls play in a tournament in Newton on Saturday.
