The Twin Cedars Girls Track and Field Squad hopes for more improvement at Wayne tonight. The Sabers finished sixth at the Melcher-Dallas Invitational on Tuesday, but Coach Cam Parker said several of the girls had season and personal bests. His distance runners Kelly Spaur and Athene Bruns are shaving time off their marks at each meet. After dominating the Melcher-Dallas Meet on Tuesday, the Twin Cedars boys travel to Eddyville. Coach Aaron Allspach tells KNIA/KRLS Tuesday was a general preview of the Bluegrass Conference Meet. He says the conference schools around Des Moines will be a challenge when the conference meet happens May second.
