Pella Christian seniors Grant Dunsbergen and Miles Wichhart announced their collegiate athletic plans this week.

Dunsbergen has chosen to run cross-country and track and field at Dordt, while Wichhart will continue his football career at Central College.

Wichhart was Pella Christian’s second leading rusher last fall, racking up 602 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground. He also caught four passes for 110 yards and two scores.

Dunsbergen was a two-time state meet qualifier in cross-country, finishing 15th in class 2-A last fall. He got his senior track season started with a pair of victories in the 1,600 and 3,200 meter runs at the Pella Christian quad on Tuesday night.
