Vander Leest’s 14 Strikeouts Power Pella past Des Moines North, Pella Christian Falls to West Marshall

Landon Vander Leest struck out 14 Des Moines North batters on his way to a complete game two-hit shutout as the Pella baseball team knocked off the Polar Bears 2-0 last night in the Tulip City. Across town, Pella Christian fell to West Marshall 4-1.
