ARRESTS:

 On 04/23/17, a female juvenile of Pella was charged with possession of alcohol under the legal age, possession of tobacco under the legal age, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was cited and released to a parent.

 On 04/25/17, a male juvenile of Pella was charged with simple assault. The juvenile was cited and released to a parent.

 On 04/27/17, a female juvenile of Pella was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs and possession of alcohol under the legal age. The juvenile was cited and released to a parent.

 On 04/29/17, Andrew J. Smith, 27, of Knoxville was charged with domestic abuse, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was incarcerated. Later the same day, Smith was charged with violation of a no contact order. Smith was incarcerated.
