The Bluegrass Conference Track Meet is tonight in Lamoni. The Twin Cedars Boys are a heavy favorite as the Sabers have been flexing their muscles all season and now look to win another BGC Title. Coach Aaron Allspach tells KNIA/KRLS he knows he will have at least 20 points in hand with the dominance that Jake Crozier has shown in the shot put and discus this season. The running events also had a lot of Saber flavor as Dakota Pinegar is ranked number one in the conference in the 100, Jake Knox is currently ranked number one in the 200. The Sabers have also been good in the relays as they are tops in the shuttle hurdle and the 800 medley relay. Allspach says Murray and the two parochial schools, Iowa Christian and Ankeny Christian, who combined forces this season, are the teams he says to watch out for.
