Twin Cedars will head to Belle Plaine for the class 1A State Track Qualifying Meet today. The Sabers have a shot at getting a few events to state, however, boys coach Aaron Allspach tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Belle Plaine may be the toughest 1A meets in the state. Jake Crozier has won just about every shot put and discus event he has been in this season and is looking to get back to the state meet. Melcher-Dallas will head west to Earlham for that state qualifier. Ethan Harrington is in the top ten in the 400 and he is listed in the top five in the 800. Harrington also has a shot in the high jump as he has the second best height according to Quickstats.
