The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The council will consider approval for the appointment of Jodi Bellon to City Clerk. The council will consider the approval and first consideration for the adoption of an ordinance repealing the tourism advisory commission and will look to possibly waive second and third considerations.They will also consider the approval of a resolution for the final plat for the North Harlan addition to the city. The council will also consider a resolution supporting the Knoxville Economic Development Commission’s application for Iowa Economic Development Authority Workforce Housing Tax Credits.

The council will consider approval for a resolution in support of the Knoxville Public Library Expansion and Renovation Project while also considering the approval for street closures for the library’s Outdoor Day. The meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m. and will be held at the Municipal Building Council Chambers.
