The PCM softball team run ruled conference foe Nevada last night 11-1 in five innings to stay undefeated in conference, while the baseball team had to come back in a 7-3 victory.

Maya Hegwood went the complete game in the circle, allowing just two hits and picking up the win. Jayci Vos went 4-4 at the dish with three doubles, three RBI, and 3 runs scored, and upped her average to a blistering .591 on the season. Kayla Jennings also went 3-4 at the dish with four RBI.PCM is now 9-2 on the season. The Mustang baseball squad fell down 3-0 early before an Ethan Thomas two run home run started the floodgate for PCM. Thomas went 2-2 at the plate with three RBI, while Reed Worth was 2-3 with a lone RBI. On the mound, Noah Henkenius went 6 ⅔ innings and left in the seventh with the bases loaded, and Brayton Van Dyke came in and got the strikeout for the save. PCM improves to 8-3 on the season, and play Gladbrook-Reinbeck tonight.
