Lauren Van Wyk of Pella shot a 110 in the second round of the class 4A girls state golf tournament yesterday at Elmwood Country Club in Marshalltown.

Combined with her first round score of 111 on Tuesday, Van Wyk finishes at 221 total, tied for 38th place.

Washington’s Sarah Narcos shot 78-76 to win the class 4A state championship by a whopping 23 strokes.
