Finishing early due to the severe weather impacting the area, the Pleasantville Trojan baseball team took down Chariton last night 10-8 on the road.

Trailing 3-0 heading into the third, the Trojans plated eight runs on eight hits to build a lead they would not relinquish. Grand Fouch was 2-3 with three RBI, Cael Lester was 3-4 with a double, and Colton Major, Caleb Adreon, and Kyle Amendt each had a pair of hits. Grant Fouch picked up the win on the mound going 3 ⅔ innings, and the game overall only went 5 ⅓. Pleasantville improves to 16-10 on the season, and will try to split their season series in a rematch with I-35 tonight.
