Scattered storms may produce severe weather today throughout much of the state.
The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has issued an enhanced risk of severe storms from the afternoon through the late evening hours. The primary threats will be up-to-baseball sized hail and wind gusts in excess of 80 MPH, as well as the possibility of an isolated torando. A slight risk is also in place Thursday.
The KNIA/KRLS Severe Weather Action Team will go on the air live in the event of any severe thunderstorm or tornado warning for any portion of Marion County to provide up-to-the-minute information.
