Central College alum Darin Fisher was in the field last weekend at the John Deere Classic in the Quad Cities.

A 1997 Central grad, Fisher is now the head golf professional at the Preserve on Rathbun Lake.

He shot 77-76 for an 11-over-par total of 153 in the first two rounds of the tournament at TPC Deere Run, missing the cut.

Bryson DeChambeau won the event at 18 under par, edging Patrick Rodgers by one stroke.
