With a few of the heavy hitters running at the Kings Royal in Eldora this weekend, many of the drivers who have been very competitive have a golden opportunity to get their first win in the 410s. The Madsen Brothers, Ian and Kerry along with Brian Brown all are in Ohio this week. While not a points paying show for the 410s, and opportunity for a win is always tantalizing for drivers like Austin McCarl, Brooke Tatnell, and Terry McCarl who all have finished well but not quite got a win this season. It is a regular points paying show in the 360s and 305s where after last week’s craziness have new points leaders. Matt Moro took over the top spot in the 360s, and Rookie Eric Bridger now has the top spot in the 305s. It is also fair night at the race so along with a trophy and check, each winners will get a little extra in their winner’s merchandise. The 305 winners will get three whole chickens, the 360 winner will a half side of pork, and the 410 winner will get a half side of beef, all courtesy of the Marion County Fair Association.
