Memorial Services for Norma J. (Vis) Toom age 86 of Dubuque formerly of Pella will be held in the chapel at Third Reformed Church in Pella on Saturday, July 15th at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in Oak Wood Cemetery in Pella following the service. A Memorial Service also will be planned for her friends in Dubuque at Grandview United Methodist Church at a later date.
