After garnering a first round district bye, the PCM baseball team laces up the cleats for the first time this postseason at Van Meter against Roland-Story.

The Mustangs have taken down the Norse twice already in conference play earlier this season 5-2 and 2-1 respectively both times getting an early lead and not looking back. The Norse come in with a 20-17 record and have won their past two games, including taking down Woodward Academy in first round district action 10-0 in five innings. PCM head coach Jeff Lindsay told KNIA/KRLS sports, it’s tough to beat any team three times in one season, but the Mustangs know how to win. The game will start at 5pm tonight at Van Meter, and full results can be found on KNIAKRLS.com.
