 On 07/09/17, Jeffery E. Sherman, 55, of Pella was charged with operating while intoxicated 2 nd offense. Sherman was incarcerated.

 On 07/13/17, Andrew J. Smith, 27, of Knoxville was charged with public intoxication. Smith was incarcerated.

 On 07/15/17, Tracey A. Harloff, 54, of Pella was charged with domestic abuse simple assault. Harloff was incarcerated.
