ARRESTS:
 On 07/19/17, Joanna L. Bailey, 35, of Pella was charged with driving while revoked. Bailey was
cited and given a court date before being pre-trial released.
 On 07/21/17, Tracey A. Harloff, 54, of Pella was charged with violation of a no contact order.
Harloff was incarcerated.
 On 07/22/17, Brian D. Butler, 44, of Linn Creek, MO was charged with public intoxication.
Butler was incarcerated.
 On 07/22/17, a male juvenile of Pella was charged with possession of marijuana and possession
of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was cited and released to a parent with a court date.
 On 07/22/17, a female juvenile of Pella was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The
female juvenile was cited and released to a parent with a court date.
 On 07/22/17, a female juvenile of Pella was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The

WARRANTS:
 On 07/18/17, Jason M. Vaughn, 35, of Pella was picked up on a Marion County arrest warrant.
Vaughn was transferred to Marion County custody.
 On 07/21/17, Alan W. Stephenson, 64, of Pella was picked up on a Marion County arrest
warrant. Stephenson was transferred to Marion County custody.
