 On 07/23/17, Jeffrey D. Richey, 44, of Pella was charged with operating while intoxicated. Richey was incarcerated.
 On 07/25/17, Steven T. Johnson, 51, of Pella was charged with Harassment 1 st degree. Johnson was incarcerated.
 On 7/27/17, Amy J. Whatling, 23, of Leighton was charged with driving while revoked. Whatling was incarcerated.
 On 07/28/17, Jerry L. Ward Jr., 26, of Monroe was charged with operating while intoxicated, open container and interference with official acts. Ward was incarcerated.
 On 07/29/17, Miguel A. Rios, 21, of Fort Worth, Texas was charged with public intoxication. Rios was incarcerated.
